Pre-Orders & Restocks
How do pre-orders work for this drop?
Each of our merch drops are pre-order based! Each merch drop will remain open for exactly 1 month.
Once the pre-order window closes, we will begin manufacturing the items. We aim to have everything shipped out to you within less than 2 months after the window closes.
Will these items restock if I miss the pre-order window?
If you miss the 1-month pre-order window, we will have a very limited amount of extra stock available for purchase once the initial orders ship. However, once that remaining stock sells out, it is gone for good!
Please note that VTuber-specific merchandise will only remain in the store for a total of 5 months, so be sure to secure your desired merch while you can!
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only if the 1-month pre-order window is still open.
Once the window closes and manufacturing begins, all sales are final and we can no longer accept cancellations.
Shipping & Packaging
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide using Evri International. The only exception is our chocolate merchandise, which is strictly limited to the UK due to international food and customs regulations.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes! We know some fans prefer stealthy shipping. All of our orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging, so you don't have to worry about nosy roommates or family members asking questions before you open it.
Will I get a tracking number?
Absolutely. Every single order is fully tracked via Evri. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package leaves our studio.
Can you declare my international order as a "gift" or lower the value to avoid customs fees?
No, we cannot do this. By law, we are required to accurately declare the full value of all items on customs forms. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
I am moving soon. Can I change my shipping address?
Because pre-orders take up to 2 months to ship, we understand you might move! Please email us as soon as possible. We can update your address as long as your order has not been dispatched yet.
Merch Care, Returns & Defects
How should I take care for my new merch?
- Acrylic Keychains & Standees: Don't forget to carefully peel off the protective plastic film from both sides of the acrylic so the art shines clearly!
- Apparel: To keep the printed designs looking fresh, please machine wash on cold and always hang dry. Please avoid putting any of our apparel in the dryer!
Are the cookie tins or plush pins edible?
No! Unless you are specifically buying our UK-exclusive chocolates, please do not eat the merch! The cookie tins are made of metal and are meant for storing your plush pins or other small trinkets.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your merch arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery.
Important: You must include an unboxing video (recorded when opening the package for the very first time) showing the original shipping label and the defect clearly on camera. If verified, we will cover the return shipping and offer you a full refund or a replacement.
I changed my mind. Can I return my item?
Because our items are limited-edition and made-to-order based on pre-order numbers, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or ordering the wrong item.
