Shipping policy

Welcome to the official o!8studio merchandise shop. To make sure your new merch gets to you safely, please read through our shipping policies below.

Pre-Order Timeline

Our store launch batches consist entirely of pre-order items. This means the products are manufactured specifically for the fans who order them!

  • Pre-Order Window: The store will be open for pre-orders for exactly 1 month after the launch date. Don't miss your chance to secure your desired item before the window closes!

  • Shipping Goal: We are aiming to have all orders shipped out within less than 2 months after the pre-order period ends. We will keep you updated on the production progress on our social media and shipping progress site so you know exactly when your package is on the way.

  • Combined Shipping: If your order includes both "in-stock" and "pre-order" items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order items are ready. If you need in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

Couriers, Tracking & Packaging

  • Carrier: All domestic and international orders are shipped using Evri.

  • Fully Tracked: Every single order comes with a tracking number. Once your package has been dispatched from our studio, you will receive an email with your Evri tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

  • Packaging Care: All fragile items are securely bubble-wrapped and packed with care to ensure your merch arrives in prime condition.

UK Domestic Shipping & Exclusives

We ship anywhere within the United Kingdom!

  • UK-Exclusive Items: Please note that certain perishable items in our shop—such as our exclusive chocolates—are strictly limited to UK Domestic Shipping only. Due to customs and international food regulations, we cannot ship these outside of the UK.

International Shipping & Customs

We are thrilled to offer global shipping to our international community!

  • Where We Ship: We ship to almost everywhere in the world. However, there are a select few countries that Evri's international network currently cannot deliver to. If you do not see your country listed as an option at checkout, unfortunately, we are unable to ship to you at this time.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your destination country. These extra charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. o!8studio has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they might be.

Important Address Note for Pre-Orders

Because these items take up to 2 months to manufacture and ship, we know that sometimes people move! If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update your address before the item has been dispatched.
