Our merchandise drops are conducted on a pre-order basis.

  • Payment Capture: When you place a pre-order, you are billed immediately at checkout to secure your item. This funds the manufacturing process of your made-to-order goods.

  • Cancellations: As outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy, pre-order cancellations are only accepted before the 1-month pre-order window closes. Once production begins, all sales are final.

3. Products and Services

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website and are limited to specific shipping regions (e.g., UK Domestic Shipping only).

  • Accuracy of Display: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products (such as the specific tin colors chosen by clients). However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Product Limitations: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Intellectual Property, Anti-Scalping & AI Protection

All artwork, designs, product concepts, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of o!8studio and our respective collaborating artists.

  • No AI Training or Scraping: You are strictly prohibited from scraping, downloading, or utilising any artwork, product images, or designs found on this website for the purpose of training, feeding, or developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, machine learning algorithms, or image generators.

  • 100% Human-Made Art: o!8studio is deeply committed to supporting human artists. We do not use, generate, or sell any AI-generated artwork. All merchandise sold on our platform features 100% original, human-created art.

  • No Reproduction: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of the Service or products without express written permission from us.

  • No Commercial Resale: Our merchandise is sold for personal use only. Purchasing limited-edition items from o!8studio for the sole purpose of commercial resale (scalping) at an inflated price is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel orders flagged as potential reseller activity.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Your purchase is also governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge our requirement for an unboxing video to process any claims for defective or damaged items within the 14-day reporting window.
